Mechanically polished concrete for shops, offices and open-plan homes across Atascocita and the Lake Houston area. No coating on top, so there is nothing to peel and nothing trapping moisture.
Nothing gets added. The slab you already own is ground and honed until the surface itself closes up and takes a shine.
We grind a small patch so you see the real aggregate and color before committing. Slabs vary more than people expect.
Anything on the surface comes off, then coarse metal-bond tooling flattens the slab and sets the exposure level.
A liquid hardener soaks in and reacts inside the concrete, so the surface takes a polish instead of dusting under it.
Resin tooling through the grits to the level you picked, then a guard coat. Floors are usually walkable the same day.
Because there is no film to lift. Polishing grinds and hones the concrete itself, closing the surface with progressively finer diamonds, so nothing sits on top waiting to peel. That matters in Atascocita. A slab here sits on clay that holds water, and moisture moving up through concrete is what blisters coatings from underneath. Take the coating away and the vapor has somewhere to go. You still need a sound slab, mind: polishing shows off whatever is in the concrete, including old patches and whichever aggregate the finisher happened to expose. So we grind a test patch first and let you see the real floor.

Grit discipline. Skipping steps leaves scratches that only show once the gloss comes up, and by then the fix is going back several grits. It is slow work done properly, and it is why we agree the finish level on a patch first.
Each pass has to remove the last one's scratches. Jump a step and it shows up in the gloss.
A hardener reacts inside the slab so the surface stops dusting and holds the polish.
Cream, salt-and-pepper or full aggregate. Decided on a patch, because it cannot be undone.
Dust to a vacuum, wash water contained. Nothing reaches a storm drain.

Same crew, same prep standard, whatever the finish.
